Policies and useful documents

E-Safety

The internet is now an integral part of all our lives, for adults and children. At Mangotsfield, we place high emphasis on our children knowing how to be safe using ICT both at home and in school.

Below are some resources used at our last E-Safety parents' meeting that we hope will be useful for you. There is a PowerPoint presentation which has on it some useful search engine websites for children to use, a list of the websites that we use in school to teach E-safety, a document with general advice for parents and a leaflet to inform parents how to set up parental controls and filtering onto a computer/media device.

If you have any queries, concerns or would like any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact the school.

Please also see below important guidelines regarding the use of social networking for parents.
