MAD X Factor Event
What an event it was! There were 6 local primary and junior schools all competing in either a singing act or playing a musical instrument. All the acts were brilliant and made the task of deciding on a first, second and third place really difficult for the school council representatives. I am sure all those who supported the event will agree with me when I say that although Ethan and Solomon (our Reception children chosen to represent our school as an act) did not win a first, second or third prize, they did win the cute factor. Well done boys you performed beautifully and Ethan, your actions made the act even more special.
I am delighted to say that despite some tough competition from Stanbridge and Blackhorse Primary School, and having to wait until the very end to perform, Isla (our Year 5 representative) sang the ‘Adele’ song ‘Someone like you’ beautifully and was awarded the most points by all the judges to win first prize. Well done Isla, you did a fantastic job in making everyone in school very proud.
